EVE Search - Hidden stations, Hidden belts

That is if we are talking the magnifying glass I think near the comm area. Send me a starting point if you are so inclined to give me hint and I will take it from there on how to make that scanner thing work and what it does. BTW, does anyone else use that scanner and is it useful and I am clueless on it's functions? Agent Shield
